Values & Principles

We have some guiding principles that determine who we are and how we conduct ourselves in the working world. We have a very strong corporate social responsibility policy, and believe in the betterment of society that can be achieved by hard work and sustainable development in a range of cultures and environments and by not taking life too seriously!

By focusing on the core concepts below we continually evolve and challenge our business thinking and ways of delivering our aims. The more people are involved, the more new ideas, different approaches and an understanding of similar issues can be shared. This collaboration allows for growth in many directions which is what we believe will make our company a success.

We work hard to create the most unique and natural cultural adventure experiences. Your involvement and attitude is fundamental to the success of our trips. We seek to break down some of the cultural misconceptions which contribute negatively to societal development by educating through experiential learning whilst also be open to be educated wherever possible.

We strive to support the longer term development of the environments we work in by not only acting responsibly but also supporting the economy, local communities and collaborating with others as often as possible to ensure the work we do can continue to the benefit of everyone for as long as possible. We seek to create working model that offers job security to all staff.

We seek to create a working environment whereby staff enjoy their work. From that start point we help them develop their existing skills and work with them to develop new ones. By encouraging everyone to take responsibility for their actions a dynamic, ambitious and competent team will help us deliver our mission together.

Community & Culture

We strive for long term relationships and are able to achieve this by having a permanent presence in the region. At the centre to our cultural experiences are the community members who contribute to their culture.

Personal Development
